Three foodie books I'm into right now: NEO SOUL by Lindsey Williams, AFRO-VEGAN by Bryant Terry and SOUL FOOD: THE SURPRISING STORY OF AN AMERICAN CUISINE ONE PLATE AT A TIME by Adrian Miller.  All very interesting so far. #FOODIE

Day 180- July 27
199lbs (I had gotten down to 196 off of vacation when I was eating whatever I wanted and not working out. Then got back to 199 when I was doing everything right... I'll chalk it up to muscle build lol)
31.5" waist
41" hips (tryna build those back up)
24.5" thighs
13" upper arms
34.5" under bust

Another Goal Achieved (check)

*ignore my footsies* lol but as of this past Sunday? I've met another goal of weighing in under 200lbs.  Last time I checked I weighed in at 198. I haven't worked out in a week and eating's been a lil off, y'all pray that when I get back from vacation I'm still under 200 lol. 42 lbs down so far 18 more to go before I reach my 2nd (perhaps final) weight goal of being down to 180! #FIT
