Breakfast of Champions

On the days I don't have to be to work til late, I treat my self by taking time to make a wonderful breakfast.  On early days I usually eat cream of wheat and some type of protein, either my veggie bacon strips or veggie sausage patties.  Today I decided to make an omelet (2 eggs, almond milk, spring onions, mushrooms, green bell peppers, tomatoes, spinach, and a sprinkle of cheese.. only because I still had some left from that frittata and it must be eaten hehehe) Served with a side of fresh avocado and strawberries. #FOODIE
