Weight Loss Month 1

It's been a month since I began low carb eating and working out regularly.  I started out at 240 lbs, size 16 pants, and a 42" waistline (circumference around belly button).  I'm currently at 225 lbs, a 39" waist, and about a week ago while out window shopping I was able to fit a size 14 pant.  Keep on moving don't stop nooooooo #FIT
