You know those recipes they put on the back of food products, yea those are actually useful and quite tasty. If you couldn't tell by now I like Morning Star brand products, my favorite being the "bacon strips", they're so good! I found this recipe for Veggie Medley Frittata on the back of the bacon box. Now I have no idea what a frittata is or does, but the outcome reminded me of a quiche without the crust. Recipe below. #FOODIE
