Molto bene

pssst.. it means very good in Italian

No my friend that's not pasta under a mushroom marinara sauce, it's zucchini!!  In the mood for pasta, but watching the carbs?  Use vegetables instead.  With my handy dandy spiral cutter recently gifted to me by the grocery store, Safeway (yes I said gifted, they were giving away kitchen tools a couple weeks ago... all about being in the right place at the right time), I was able to give a "noodle" affect to the zucchini.  I cut four zucchini an sauteed in a skillet with various spices to include garlic powder, Mrs Dash, parsley, pepper, and a little salt.  Simmer pasta sauce in a separate pot until heated.  I used a mushroom based marinara sauce and added in extra garlic powder and oregano. #FOODIE
